If any portion of the credits has been:

Used
Accessed
Activated
Applied toward gameplay, bonus features, or sweepstakes entries

Credits that have been partially or fully used
Any participation in promotional gameplay
Activation of bonus features or sweepstakes entries
Promotional or bonus credits issued
Completed or in-progress gameplay sessions

5. Prize Redemption Policy

Redemptions are limited to $500 per day, per participant

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in:

- Forfeiture of promotional credits or winnings
- Permanent restriction from participation

7. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

Texas Two-Step Gaming reserves the right to:
- Deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse
- Reverse promotional credits issued in error
- Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in suspicious activity
