Meet Your Owner & General Manager

Daniella Evans

Daniella Evans is the heart and soul behind Texas Two-Step Gaming. A proud Cedar Park/Leander local for the past 17 years, she brings over 25 years of service industry experience and a real love for taking care of people in everything she does.

Daniella and Brian met back in 2009 while working side by side at a neighborhood bar, where they spent over 15 years building not just a career—but a shared vision rooted in hospitality, connection, and taking care of people. They were married in 2017, and that same service-first mindset is the foundation of Texas Two-Step Gaming today.

Whether she’s mixing up a great drink, welcoming guests with a smile, or making sure everyone feels like part of the Texas Two-Step family, Daniella’s touch is felt in every corner of the room. She’s a true creative at heart—you’ll see it in the way the gameroom transforms for every holiday, in the thoughtful details of every event, and in the care she puts into every raffle prize and social media post.

This may be their first business, but it’s been a dream built on years of experience, hard work, and heart. Daniella loves being part of something bigger—bringing people together, creating a space that feels safe and fun, and giving back to the community alongside the players who make it all possible.

She’s not just part of Texas Two-Step… she is the heart of it. ❤️

Meet Your Owner

Brian Evans

Brian Evans is the driving force behind Texas Two-Step Gaming and the vision that brought it to life. Born and raised in Central Texas, he built this business to create a place where people can come together, enjoy themselves, and be part of something that gives back.

With family roots in Williamson County dating back to the early 1830s, Brian carries a deep respect for the values that shaped this area—hard work, taking care of your neighbors, and building something that stands the test of time.

Brian served as a Combat Medic with an infantry unit and completed two tours in Iraq, where he learned responsibility, resilience, and how to perform under pressure when it matters most. That experience continues to guide the way he leads today.

After his time in the military, Brian spent 15 years in the service industry, including managing a neighborhood bar, where he built lasting relationships and learned how to create an environment people genuinely enjoy being part of.

Today, that same mindset is poured into Texas Two-Step Gaming—from supporting local charities to creating a space where guests feel comfortable, welcome, and valued from the moment they walk in.

For Brian, this isn’t just a business—it’s personal. It’s about building something meaningful, supporting the community that raised him, and creating a place where everyone who walks through the door feels like they belong.
