Texas Two-Step Gaming operates as a private social club. Participation requires a free membership.

Membership is free of charge
All guests must create a player account prior to participation
Registration must be completed in person at our location
A valid government-issued ID is required to create an account
Membership is used for account management, promotional participation, and compliance purposes only
No purchase or donation is required to obtain or maintain membership

3. Nature of Services

Texas Two-Step Gaming provides promotional sweepstakes-style entertainment
All participation is for entertainment purposes only
No purchase or donation is required to participate
A free method of entry is always available
Promotional credits represent sweepstakes entries only
Promotional credits do not represent currency, stored value, or deposits
Promotional credits have no cash value unless redeemed in accordance with sweepstakes rules
Texas Two-Step Gaming does not offer gambling, wagering, or betting activities
No guarantee of winning is expressed or implied
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received

4. No Purchase Necessary / Free Method of Entry

A free method of entry is always available.

Guests may request free promotional entries:
- In-store during normal business hours, or
- By contacting us using the information listed below
Free entries are provided without obligation
Free entries are treated equally to entries received through voluntary donations

5. Donations & Promotional Credits

Donations are voluntary and support local charities and community initiatives
Guests may receive promotional credits or sweepstakes entries through:
- Free entry methods, or
- Voluntary donations
Promotional credits:
- Are not purchased
- Are non-transferable
- Hold no guaranteed monetary value
- Are non-refundable once any portion has been used

6. Gameplay & Participation

All gameplay is for promotional entertainment purposes only
Outcomes are determined using sweepstakes-based systems
Guests are responsible for reviewing all game rules prior to participation
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the system may result in:
- Suspension of account
- Termination of participation
- Forfeiture of promotional credits

7. Prize Redemption

Participants may be eligible to receive prizes through promotional participation
Prize redemptions are limited to $500 per day, per guest
A valid government-issued ID is required
All prize redemptions must be completed in person
Only the registered account holder may redeem prizes
All redemptions are subject to verification
Redemptions are processed during posted business hours only
Participants are responsible for reporting winnings for applicable tax purposes
Texas Two-Step Gaming reserves the right to:
- Verify gameplay prior to issuing prizes
- Delay or deny redemption in cases of suspected fraud or violations

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for unused promotional credits
Once any portion of promotional credits has been used, all transactions are final and non-refundable
Participation confirms acceptance of these terms prior to any transaction

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Guests must contact Texas Two-Step Gaming before initiating a chargeback
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Forfeiture of credits or prizes
- Permanent restriction from participation

10. Social Poker Events

Texas Two-Step Gaming may offer social poker-style events.

Tournament-style events may include a $10 administrative fee
Cash-style games may include a $20 administrative fee

Important:

These fees are for facility use, staffing, and coordination only
These fees are not wagers, bets, or buy-ins
Poker activities are player-to-player
Poker activities are separate from and not affiliated with the promotional sweepstakes system

11. Fair Play & Conduct

Participants must act respectfully and follow all rules
Prohibited activities include:
- Fraud or abuse of promotions
- Harassment or disruptive behavior
- Solicitation or loitering
Texas Two-Step Gaming reserves the right to:
- Refuse service to anyone
- Remove participants from the premises
- Suspend or terminate participation at its sole discretion

12. Technical Issues & Reporting

Any technical issues must be reported immediately to staff at the time of occurrence
Failure to report issues promptly may result in forfeiture of claims

13. Limitation of Liability

Texas Two-Step Gaming is not responsible for:
- Technical interruptions or system failures
- Data loss or account access issues
- Any damages arising from participation
